2cm sliding hiatel hernia

hi can anyone help

i have a 2cm sliding hiatel hernia and at times it is causing symptons of food resting/tightness like a knot in my chest area

Please can anyone help if they have similar symptons and what to do... if possible.

Doctor has given me 20MG Omeprazole capsules. One to be taken on an empty stomach )an hour before food. They are kind of helping but at times not!!!

So look forward to any reply urgently please
