A little concerned by my blood results?

Hi, last June i ended up in A&E with what i realise was a panic attack, and since then have been having tests for various things.

however what has become apparent is that since then, my blood levels have been increasing. My primary concern is having a stroke or a heart attack due to these, however the secondary concern is whether is is polcythemia vera. people seem concerned by much lower values than mine.

the doctor thinks its probably just secondary and hasnt done the JAK2. Should i be insisting on this?
