Bisoprolol issues with withdrawal

Hi, first post on this forum as i think i am experiencing awful symptoms post using Bisoprolol.
In Aug is was diagnosed with a mild heart murmur after experiencing a mild flutter.
I am 63, retired, very active, average weight and have been taking bp meds for 30yrs post children. No health issues until now. my doc prescribed 2.5 Bisoprolol in August. I felt awful so it was reduced to 1.5 a month later. ive had an ECG, xRay, bloods ect all good. After waiting 4 months i decided to pay for an Echo to try and get to the bottom of why i was feeling so bad (dizzy, palps, breathless).
i had the echo a month ago and the results were mild leakage in atrial valve, no treatment required, follow up every 2 yrs. My doc told me to stop taking Bisoprolol which i did without fully understanding what could happen. One month on I feel lightheaded when im on my feet and my heart feels like im doing the tango even though my resting is 66/67. BP managed 135/75. Im so slow and breathless all the time. been teated for thyroid and waiting for a 48 hr ecg but now wondering what is wrong with me. any advise?
