Bisoprolol sinus tachycardia and run of Vt

hi i had previously had sinus tachycardia out of nowhere and a run of vt on a 7 day monitor in November 2020 i was told my heart is structurally normal so i was just put on bisoprolol 2.5mg i have no idea why i suddenly had these issues but my question is on sunday i took 1.25mg as it was late and on monday i had fast heart rate when walking and at rest . is it likely to be tachycardia again due to lower dose night before ? i havent had it before when done this thankyou
