Brief sharp chest pain when inhaling deeply

Hi! I am a 20 year-old girl and I experienced a weird form of chest pain yesterday that I haven't experienced before. I had been lying down for at least 15 minutes when I suddenly felt pain at the bottom of my left breast. The pain wasn't that strong, but when I breathed deeply to sit up the pain got sharp and I felt that I had to lie down again. After a minute or two the pain stopped and I could breathe and sit up normally. I didn't experience any other symptoms (such as heart problems) and I do not have a cold/the flu. I haven't experienced trouble with breathing otherwise, but I have experienced breast tenderness for at least a year. I ran to catch a train today without experiencing pain or being any more out of breath than I normally am. Could I have a serious health condition and do I need to see a doctor? My overthinking mind immediately assumes I have lung cancer or other fatal lung conditions.
