Child painful lower legs undiagnosed

My daughter has sharp shooting pains in her lowers legs. It usually happens when she exercises or has walked more than usual. She has had blood tests, examinations, physio therapy, seen osteopaths, and nothing was found apart from slightly low vitamin b. We are awaiting a Paediatric Orthopaedics appointment that is months away. Its been going on for a few years now. She is 11 at the moment. As you can imagine we want her to be active and enjoy p.e. at school but this just isn't possible. And with only appointment letters and no diagnosis its hard to even get the school to believe its a real thing. We just don't know what to do next. I just carried her to the toilet (she's getting heavy now! She is not over weight, just growing up). Where do you go for help when all you are given are appointments that are months away, and that also lead nowhere. And when the GP says all results came back as normal and there is nothing more they can do? We thought about growing pains? Who can we talk when we have reached a dead end?
