I found that I now have dry orgasms. Better than none at all but somewhat unsatisfying. (an anticlimax, if you see what I mean). Went on line and searched for \"dry orgasm\" only to find that Tamsolosin causes this. Yes I;'ve been on Tamulosin since this problem started. I have to decide whether the slight benefit is worth this problem.

I see you have had retrograde ejaculation after taking Tamulosin and to avoid this leave off taking the Tamulosin for a few days every so ofter perhaps! I also combine Tamulosin with Finisteride and wonder if you take that?

Have the same symptoms as you are experiencing with taking Tamulosin. I also take Finisteride as advised by GP wonder if you combine the two? Very interested in the answer you had about leaving off the Tamulosin for a few days to restore ejaculation!
