Constantly feel sick

I am really struggling with taking my pills everyday. I know that if you overdo the fat you'll get a side effect but i just constantly feel nauseated.

I intermittent fast and typically only eat twice a day. Often I'll maybe have my big meal in the evening and take my orlistat pill then but I'll feel unwell for about two days after so I'm reluctant to take it the following day and the cycle continues. Its messing up my consistency.

Anyone experienced this? I don't even know if it's working because of the inconsistency.
