Dealing with globes sensation that triggers gagging with high intensity exercise

Posted , 1 user is following.

My globus began late in October of 2021 after a sinus infection. At first it felt like there was a phlegm or ball of snot in my throat, but with high intensity exercise i would gag (quick onset, quick resolve). endoscopy to larynx was normal. now the globus sensation is fairly constant, and high intensity exercise frequently triggers gagging (i play college soccer). Does anyone here experience the gagging i am describing?

have you found any relief?

thanks
