Elbow Bending Pain - After Radial Head - 6 months

Fell onto my hand. Destroyed my radial head. Had radial head implant installed 6 months ago. 2 months of at home stretching, then 2 months of therapy. Everything was going awesome.

Recently, I have started to get a ton of pain when trying to bend my arm while twisting my palm up. The pain is on the top side of the arm, in the crease, not where the radial head implant is. With that, I am losing range of motion.

I have an appt in 2 weeks to see my doctor, but wanted to see if anyone had thoughts what the issue could be and how I can get myself some relief in the meantime.

    The pain also extends to the upper arm.
