Excessive Sweating for several years, blood tests normal. What could it be?

I have been sweating excessively for a number of years now, it is not constant but it can be embarrassing. It is not just my hands and feet but armpits and nether region too. I do find my body temperature can fluctuate with the slightest change in temperature. Whether it be hot or cold. I can just be sat in an air conditioned room and be really sweaty. I hate that I can't wear certain clothes or clothing colours with the fear of the sweat showing and making it look like I have wet myself.

I have had blood tests done for my thyroid and hormone imbalance and everything has come back normal.

Could inflammation in the body cause excessive sweating? I sprained my ankle 4 years ago and still struggling with a lot of pain all the time and I can't walk for more than 20 minutes before I get severe pain. My ankle looks fine though, no swelling or heat etc. Could there be inflammation and could this be a cause of sweating?

What can cause excessive sweating? What tests can be done?
