anyone else have this horrendous feeling before a bowel movement ? its the hardest thing to describe , i feel like in about to go into some kind of fit , like i just dont feel right! Its such an awful feeling & i often leave my family to be alone while having this feeling . a while after a bowel movement it passes and i feel ok. Its ruining my life !
