Finger swelling?

Since 2015 when I was diagnosed with a mystery mineral deficiency (chronic low potassium and phosphorus) my fingers have been looking like this. Somtimes it looks better sometimes worse. Lately it's been worse. Fingerpads looking chronically swollen and red as well, get very warm. Worse after certain meals. Nails are curvng more too but have always been more rounded. Is this finger clubbing? Everywhere I read lung cancer causes finger changes mainly, but also Crohn's and other illnesses. Anyone have finger problems like this linked to your illness?
