life is insane im going to push foward and attempt to keep it together as much as i possibly can i have a long list of things to check off that may or may not work some are super basic and obvious but when your sinking its necessary to review

  1. eat
  2. sleep
  3. drink water (not vodka)
  4. take time to focus on anything to distract you
  5. schedule time to freak out
  6. journal im not great at this i actually hate jounaling it feels extra lame but ill admit it helps not only can i vent everything say everything rage cry and let it all out without freaking out in public or taking it out on others or myself it also helps me sort it out and specify what is really bothering me and how to deal with it
  7. help someone else get out of my own head its a trap

anyways gotta go bye
