Found lump under armpit, feeling really scared!

Hi all,

this morning i found a lump under my armpit, i have also been suffering with a sore throat as well for the last day or two, i contacted my GP this morning and she said that it is most likely a swollen lymph node as my body is fighting the infection off and i should be better within a week if i take regular paracetamol and water and plenty of rest.

as i suffer from anxiety and i am 25 years old, it is just really freaking me out as i looked online and it said about the possibility of cancer.

just really scaring me and maybe i am thinking too much into it.

what do you recommend?
