Had 2 swollen lymph nodes now have 1? Wont go away?

going for a scan tmro but im a bit worried? i had swollen lymph nodes in both armpits since march but doc said nothing to worry about. after about 3 months, one on right armpit disappeared. now only the one in ledt armpit is there. only hurts if i pinch it. sonce monday feel like left breast hurts a tiny bit like if i lift my arm up etc or touch my breast to feel around. did have a temp on wednesday bur now gone. any idea whst it could be?
