I have been very okay but it started all over again first with panic attack, I couldn’t breath.

it appears this thing never goes away, i was really happy that i have been fine until i experienced panic attack and could not breath but what worries me most is the pain in my left breast and my nipple area feels thick and tiny seed like thing around the nipple. i have gone for scan but they saw no mass. i am really worried cos the pain is much and i cant really explain what it is.
