I think i might have an ovarian cyst

A few month ago i started to have a little pain, like a pressure right where my appendix should be, it s not bad, it doesn t affect my life in any way. Like a month ago I went to have an ultrasound and it came back fine. Since then i started to think i may have an ovarian cyst. I don t have other symptoms, no nausea, no fever, no change in my menstrual cycle. I ve always been a little ipohondric and I have pretty bad anxiety. I also notices that when I have work to do and my mind is busy i don t feel any pain. Could all this be in my head?
