I've been diagnosed with avoidant personality disorder,which treatment is more effective?

Hello,i'm facing this difficult personality disorder,i've tried supportive psychotherapy for 1,5 year with meds venlafixine(efexor 75mg) and schema therapy for 6 months,i stopped both due to high expensive cost and dissapointed from not effective therapies to reduce/ease the symptoms of AVPD.

I'm desperate as i don't know what to do to cure,heal and finally survive from the hell of this disorder.
