I've been suffering for 15 years with nerve pain, doctors are baffled. What should I do now?

Hello! I am new to this forum and I hope I can get some answers here.

So, fifteen years ago, I went into menopause and began noticing the the nerves in my teeth felt like they were on fire! It came on gradually, then in a few months, this pain moved into my face and now, my ears. A year later, I developed neuropathic pain in both my feet. It feels like my feet are on fire. Then, in 2014, I lost my appetite. I never get hungry anymore. Around that same time, I developed chronic pain in my upper abdominals which becomes worse after eating. Then came the ringing in the ears. This drives me crazy! More recently, I developed tingling and numbness in both my arms and hands.

I have seen over 35 physicians, dentists, TMJ specialists, chiropractors, integrative medicine physicians, 9 neurologists, 2 Total Body Modification practitioners, several holistic practitioners, bio-identical physicians, 5 internal medicine physicians, 4 traditional chinese medicine physicians.... to no avail.

I have learned to be my own advocate. I have been turned away by modern medicine. They don't know what to do for me. I am at my wits end. I have had all kinds of tests done on me and even spent a week at the Mayo Clinic. I don't know what tests have been done on me and I haven't kept my records.

Now I wonder if I could have a Vit B 12 deficiency. If so, what kind of test could check my B12 levels.

Your thoughts and comments are welcomed ๐Ÿ˜ƒ
