I’ve get like crap lately and am a teenage male

The last few weeks I have felt bad. I have urinary infections and now bowel problems. Every time I urinate my urine is sticky and I figure this is a problem. I have had a lot of headaches and allergy problems too. I'm in high school and play three sports. I'm active throughout the year with sports and workout everyday for 2+ hours. in the last 6 months or so I have started eating a lot better than when I was a kid. i was thinkjng of maybe getting a at home test and was wodnering which is best. I am 6ft and weigh 240lbs. Thanks
