I have IBS-D and now also been told I have cervical spondylosis , for 20 yrs was told it was chronic tension headaches, was on Citalopram and Mirtazapine but after gaining nearly 3 stone I first came of both then went back on Mirtazapine and now came off it again about 2 to 3 weeks ago. My Gp has now last Monday put me on Nortriptyline 10mg and then Friday just gone upped it to 20mg and OMG my poor stomach is on a melt down, I feel sick, its burning like crazy , its real bad plus now my neck hurts, could it be the increase . How long will the Nortriptyline take to work, as I am really feeling bad.
