What kind of IBS symptoms to you have, Shelly?

Is it diarrhoea or constipation, do you suffer with pains in your digestive system, or do you get any burping or higher system issues like indigestion?

Certainly it might be easier for me to answer your initial question if I understand what kind of symptoms you suffer from...for example, I know I can get the shakes when I'm suffering trying to pass when I'm constipated xxx

I'm not a doctor and only go by experience I've had or witnessed.

If you're constipated, it could be because you either have a blockage or you could have diverticular pockets appearing in your bowel. Then the waste that should be moving through your bowels is getting stuck and then putting pressure on your bladder, making you pee more.

Now, if this is a possibility, then having your waste only moving slowly through your system, then the toxins in that waste might be permeating back in to your blood stream and giving you these tingly/burning sensations.

Don't worry, this isn't supposed to frighten you. This is the reality of so many adults whose digestive system is being impacted by what we're putting in to it. My IBS and diverticular disease symptoms are massively

...massively improved by controlling my food intake. But it could be that you're suffering an allergy or an intolerance which has slowly made your digestive system become sluggish and constipated.

I would definitely recommend you go see your doc and ask to have tests. Ultrasound and bloods would be the best to see if this is in fact the problem. Then, you have to work with your doc and/or the specialists to find treatment that works to make you better control your symptoms.

The brilliance of this forum is that there are plenty of people on here who are suffering from similar symptoms. We can then tell you what it is we are doing to manage our problems and reduce the amount of flare ups we are having.

Wishing you a speedy result xxx
