Indented (atrophic) wounds/scars

I fell over 3.5 weeks ago and I'm left with a dent on bridge of nose and small hole type scar on forehead,I'm really struggling to find information on what creams I should be using,since silicone scar gel stops collagen Ive avoided it and have been alternating between ,aquaphor ointment, garlic gel with aloe vera and hyaluronic acid, should I be keeping the wounds moisterised like your supposed to with other scars? should I be using vitamin c cream to try and boost collagen? any advice will be greatly appreciated.
