Lactose Intolerent

Pretty sure I am Lactose Intolerent but I seem to handle string cheese ok but not milk or yougurt does that make sense

    I'm lactose too! It might be something to do with the cheese cause some aren't real as such haha. And the stronger the cheese, the better. I can't eat any cheese except seriously mature cheddar. Don't know why but strong cheeses are okay ha.

    Yes. I am the same. Weird. I am not lactose intolerant though. I had the test done.

    I just think that everybody's digestive system

    Is different regardless of labels and everyone digests foods differently.

    I'm fine with cheese as long as I don't over do it. I can't have milk yogurt cream butter or whey powder tho. I'm confirmed lactose intolerant

    You can usually eat hard cheeses or aged cheeses I believe bree is OK to does sound weird but that's what I have learned I'm lactose intolerant also but too much will also constipation and you know that I'm sure

    I have a milk intoerance too and can't drink a glass of milk but can eat cheese and yogurt.  I wonder if it's the way it's processed.

    Yes, it makes sense.

    Cheese depending on what kind you eat tends to have less lactose. As mentioned by others that posted before me the older the cheese the less lactose it has.

    My advice would be to try to take lactose pills before consuming dairy or drink/eat lactose free things.

    We both know that's not happenong, though.
