Left neck, shoulder and bicep discomfort age 28

Hi,

I am 28 years old, male and relatively fit and healthy. I have had left neck, shoulder and bicep discomfort for 12 months or so now and was wondering if it could actually be from premature coronary artery disease!

I am asking this and i am worried about this because short of a trapped nerve/slipped disc, there isnt anything else i can think of that could cause such a peculiar pain!

Secondly its safe to say i have lived a very stressful life so far. I've multiple children from a young age, and a very longstanding fear of cardiac disease that has led to suicide attempts, depression phases and manic phases for almost a decade!

No family history of it apart from my grandads 2 brothers, but both of them were chronic heavy smokers and both big drinkers.

An ecg, treadmill and holter has never recovered any useful data to suggest I have anything wrong, which is great of course. But it doesn't look at the coronary arteries though and it worries me sick.

Pain and discomfort in the left side of the neck, shoulder and arm can be scary as they point to cardiovascular diseases. But, it could also be because of cervical radiculopathy. Ask a professional if this could be the case.
