Lingering Chlamydia symptoms... Possible prostatitis?

Hi everyone. I'm new here. I'm a 27 year old male. At around October 16 2023 I was infected with Chlamydia via receiving a b*****b / deepthroat without a condom and deep kissing. I'm at my wits end with finding a cure and it's been only 2 months.

The symptoms that arose almost immediately were a red / painful / dry throat, burning urination, pain in the testicles, pain in lower belly and lower back, clear liquid escaping my anus and urethra, a weird / foreign ( sweet-ish? ) smell to my urine, swollen lymph nodes in the neck and groin.

After a 4th gen blood test, urine test and oral swab I was tested positive for Chlamydia, negative for Mgen, Gonorrhea, Trichomonas, HIV.

I was treated with Azytromicin, which failed and symptoms came back stronger. Then I was treated with 7 days of Doxycycline 100mg twice a day, which failed and symptoms came back even stronger. Now I'm on another round of Doxycycline 100mg twice a day for 10 days but I feel as though it's just going to fail again. I feel as though the doctors are not taking me seriously at all.

The pain really is indescribable and I've never felt anything like it. It's as if someone is squeezing my testicles, and my lower belly feels hot to the touch. It also hurts if I press too deep on my abdomen. It also flares up some sort of reactive Arthritis which makes my joints swell and create random pains all over the body. The symptoms do go away almost completely on anti-biotics, but as soon as they stop they returned each time. I was turned away from the urologist after my second round of anti-biotics, until I came back in tears to my doctor in feverish pain and demanded a third. Before starting this third round I've been tested again for Chlamydia, had a urethral and anal swab, and they came back negative. I've got an appointment scheduled on the last day of the treatment to see what I should be tested for and I've scoured the internet for an answer.

So far the only hints / similarities I've seen are posts about Prostatitis and Candida, but most reddit posts are useless and have no follow-ups. I'm just trying to see if there's anything else I should bring up with my doctor. I'm going to demand to see someone specialized in sexually transmitted diseases regardless because if I have to contend with this pain again I'm seriously going to jump in front of a train. It's impossible to focus and my life is being ruined because I can't get anything done. I can't lift, I can't leave the house, I can't even work behind my desk.

Thank you in advance for reading and responding.

You should have seen a STI specialist sometime ago. These infections have a habit of getting resistant to many common drugs.
