Lymph node swollen for a decade but has started to go down

I wasn't sure where else to ask this so if there's somewhere specific please let me know.

But basically, I have had a swollen lymph node in my mandible for over a decade (first swell up when I got a cavity as a child). It has consistently stayed the same size for the last decade and a bit.

However, in the last month I have noticed that it has started progressively getting smaller. In this month, I have also started doing some self-lymphatic massages on my face and neck. Could this be a contributing factor? Is this something serious?
