    hello,

for me I have always found pygeum the best natural supplement, i believe it is prescribed by doctors in some countries. As a Uk resident i take pygeum approx 50mg and a holland and barrett ' ultra-man' vitamin supplement which contains saw palmetto ( another natural aid ).

I think pygeum is a natural treatment for malaria too, but i wouldn't take more than 100mg a day, and i would have one day on and one day off. it always helps me to sleep better at night, but i take it in a morning.

I took Prostasan , contains Saw Palmetto , from H&B. Stopped in less than a week as it induced blood in urine. Opted for Aquablation in October. So far so good.
