Numb arms from Bisoprolol withdrawal

Posted , 2 users are following.

This is my 3rd day since I quit Bisoprolol (10 days 2,5mg and than 2 days 1,25 mg - doctor said) and I have nightmares during nights and numb arms and hands that affect my sleep. I know I should have widraw from bisoprolol 1,25 gradually, meaning 1 week and not in 2 days but I was so tired and gained a lot of weight. What should I take for a better sleep? Magnesium, pottasium? Please help. I am scared. And I don't have money to go to the doctor.

Hello, I was on bisoprolol for a year and after almost 3 months I still have some symptoms that come and go. During the time I had trouble sleeping and had a lot of dreams and nightmares. What helped me were relaxing caffeine-free teas and time.
