Obsessing with my mouth hygiene

I get really uncomfortable when it comes to drinking things, and then my mouth being "dirty" and I have to brush and clean my teeth again. Like if I drank water from a water bottle, then clean my teeth I cant drink from the same water bottle without wanting to brush my teeth again. But also if I I'm eating and then drink something, and finish eating I can't drink from it again and just toss it out. It's starting to get really unreasonable and feels wasteful but I get genuinely get stressed out over if I drink from something I consider dirty. It's gotten to the point where I've brushed my teeth 4 times a day, or just not drink/eat anything so my mouth doesnt feel dirty.

How can I fix/get over this? or am I overreacting?
