Opposite of cubital tunnel syndrome?

Where as with cubital tunnel syndrome, your arm is suppose to start feeling tingling and like its about to fall asleep. In my case, my arm only gets the tingles and falling asleep when I keep it fully extended for more than 30 seconds or so. Any ideas? I would imagine the ulnar nerve being pinched, but I wouldn't know why.

-thanks
