Painless red patches on penis head for 4+ years

I made a post on here 4 years ago and there hasn't been much if not any improvement at all. The red patches will not go away no matter what I try. It's really embarrassing for me and I've distanced myself from relationships for so long because of it. I'm sure there are hundreds of other things to try but I don't even know where to look anymore. I always put it off because there's no pain involved but mentally it's really affecting me.
They look much worse in my old post but that's only because right now they aren't as irritated. I will literally try anything to get rid of these. Has anyone else ever had this and if so, can you please share what helped you?

I just read your post from many years back. I'm dealing with this as well. my entire penis gets red, glans the reddest, when I take showers and after sex. it's been a year and no answers from a couple urologists. I also have pain around the tip and pelvic floor. I was prescribed Amitriptyline which has helped with pain but not on the redness front.
Has there been nothing in the past 4 years that's helped even in the slightest?
