paralysis and thightness with globus on one side

My issue started last November. I was talking and yelling on six flags and it felt very tight on my left side of my throat, almost sort of a paralysis from my jaw to the middle of my throat. I was very happy that day I didnt care too much, but I remember it very well. Then I started to feel tightness after talking too much on that same side and also when smoking cigars. I have also felt a globus sensation, and tightness on the same side of my neck when eating, not always but sometimes. I dont have a hoarse voice but I feel it gets tired easily. These symptoms come and go. Not much pain but they have become very uncomfortable. I got an ultrasound on my throat back on December and everything seemed normal. I dont know what it is. I drank very heavy last year so could be an ulcer that is trying to heal, close to my vocal chords. After 1 year of cigar smoking and heavy alcohol use I have recently stopped in hope that will clear my issue once and for all. Im 31 years old.
