Pinching Pain 2 Weeks

hi,

i have questions and hope someone can help.

I'm going through menopause at the moment.

I'm having flairs every 6 months or so with some stomach fullness and gas.

This flare I'm currently going through has me feeling a pinching, stabbing pain on my left side middle back. I also had a little blooper of blood mixed with gas and loose poopie. the pain stops them comes back. the question i have is that pinching stabbing thing. anyone get that? I'm going to the dr next week but just curious. ❤️😊 thanks for any help.
