Please Help Me with my diagnosis

Hi and thank anyone in advance for helping me. I had a manometry motility test and was diagnosed with aperastalsis(all nerves in my esophagus are dead) but they say my lower esophagal sphincter (LES) is semi functional. I am confused because I vomit everything that goes into my mouth, even water. They are apprehensive on doing a POEM or a myotamy because of the sphincter partially working. I don't see how the LES could be functioning if its not allowing water to pass into my stomach. The pressure of the LES was within normal range but only by a small margin. Has anyone delt with this before and what are my options for treatment. I cannot continue to live like this...
