Please Tell Me if This is Globus?! It's taking over my life!

My throat constantly feels tight and it feels like a lump is there, swallowing can be difficult, walking leaves me with a hoarseness feeling, sometimes coughing, very minor throat pain, collarbone and neck tension, collarbone pain and sometimes to below the ear, previous rashes and itchiness after showering, itchiness on the neck sometimes, recently more common and worse indigestion. I was sick with the flu and throat infection 2 months ago, and felt similar, but not this bad.

I've never smoked in my life and I'm a very young adult. I was dismissed by doctors who said it is just anxiety, but it is constant 24/7 and disrupting my day-to-day life. How do I get the doctors to listen to me? What do I need to say!?! I really want to get a referral to an ENT specialist.
