Stapled hemorrhoidectomy surgery

Hello there,since i had two external hemorrhoid i decided to make stapled hemorrhoidectomy operation for 2 weeks ago,i feel better now,but the pain was unbearable first 10days,am still suffering and bleeding and i noticed that the external hémorroïdes still visible,what shall i do?is that normal?

    Hi Brian , I'm thinking it's the swelling , I nearly had a fit I actually rang the surgeon and told him I still had the piles lol he assured me it was the swelling and would take time subside

    The external skin stays swollen for a long time - mine is finally diminishing after 8 wks so hang in there.  This was undoubtedly the worse surgery recovery i have ever had.
