Sweeting and always hot

hi Guys,

i am 39 years old, as far as i can remember I have suffered with heat, I have be diagnosed with the under active thyroid which I think is very weird as it should make me cold but I’ll be the first one to moan if it’s hot in a restaurant or in a car or at work I’ll always find myself trying to get up from the table and making up excuses etc. sweat will always come from my forehead under my eyes and yes I make myself worse I thinking about it but the initial problem is there is a pound for people to see.

just wondering if anyone had any tips or dealing with the same problems I am as it’s taking over my life and make me not want to go to certain events.
