Hi all.

Is anyone else struggling with a swimmy head in this hot weather (UK)? Only way to describe it is it's like I've had a glass of wine!!

Thanks.

Helen.

      Hi Donna.

It's difficult to know whether it's the heat or the awful peri symptoms. We musn't complain about the weather but it seems it goes from one extreme to the other just lately!

The thing with the swimmy head is that it sets my anxiety off. Then I think about blood pressure in the heat and passing out. The list is endless.

Hope you get some relief from the heat too.

      Helen.
