Tiny bump and squishy lymph node behind ear

I have severe anxiety typing this out. A year ago, I noticed a swollen lymph node behind my ear. I was freaked out but it eventually went down. After messing with the area a bit more weeks later I noticed a tiny (smaller then a pea) bump by my lobe and went to straight panic.

It's been there since and does not bother me. My lymph node is slighlty squishy still but not enlarged. You can't feel the lymph node nor the bump unless your messing with the area. I am petrified to be diagnosed with C - hence why I have not had this checked. I am 27, have severe anxiety and don't think I can handle this type of news.
