Toddler fevers for a month

My son has had recurrent fevers for a month now. He is 2 1/2 years old. He has been pulled from daycare due to the amount of times he was getting sick. Since he has been home for the past three weeks he has been perfectly healthy, energetic, eating, sleeping well and an overall normal crazy little toddler. We have talked with the pediatrician multiple times and have seen other specialists - Infectious disease doctors, rheumatologist, pulmonologist and ENT (He has tubes for ear infections). He has had a CBC and everything on that looked completely normal by all of the specialists. Going back as far as 1/10/2023 his fevers have been anywhere between 99.6-102. Some of the time they will start around noon but most of the time he will be fine all day and then his fever will start right before bed 6:00-7:00PM. 99% of the time his temperature will be normal in the morning even without treatment the night before. We are at a loss of what else to check and aren't exactly comfortable with the specialists saying that this may just be normal for him. Any information or thoughts would be appreciated.
