Undiagnosed condition

hello everyone,

new to this forum and selfishly i feel quite reassured that my symptoms seem to be mostly in line with a hh( so sorry for everyone experiencing these awful symptoms) i'm seeing a gastro on Friday and suspect i will need an endoscopy to confirm. I get flare ups but more frequently of late ,even though taking ppi's , my latest and newest symptom is acid most days in my throat, constantly sucking mints. occasional lump in my throat and nausea. deep burning pain under my breast bone and fleeting pains here and there in my chest. Does anybody identify with all of these symptoms?
