Vitamin b12 deficiency

hi I have b12 and folte defincey

my folate is 3.3

my b12 is 63 my Dr is really worried about me as I'm already having neurological symptoms and has told me that I could end up with irreversible problems

the thing is I have really bad anxiety and I struggle taking things that cause side effects Iv been told I have to have injections every few days but am worried about side effects I know they will make me better in the long run as I'm suffering a whole load of symptoms from being deficient but it's the anxiety around having the b12 injection.

i have cardiomyopathy and heart failure not related to this im also very underweight and am struggling with eating at the moment. has any one experienced any side effects from the injections
