What constitutes Vitamin B12 as being too high.

Bearing in mind we are all different and I'm 73...

I take a good quality B12 daily.

I was contacted by my GP's secretary who said that it is way too high. So where does the high levels start and finish as being dangerous

How high should Vitamin B12 levels get before they become dangerous levels.

I thought over 2,000 was okay

2000 is too high, perhaps 700. The point is go lower on your intake and always listen to your GP. Follow the instructions of the packaging of medications and vitamins.
