Xanax/Diazepam/Klonopin shortness of breath

I dont know whats wrong with me, but whenever i start taking benzos particularly these 3 in the title after 4-5 days i start having shortnes of breath from nowhere, i have this problem only when i takek them. First i tried xanax got random shortnesses of breath after 4-5 days then i w8ted about 3 months to try diazepam same thing hapend with it too, after another 6 monyhs i decided to give klonopin a try and again i got shrotneses of breath, is it something wrong with me am i alrrgic to benozs? Also what is your opinion of taking 2 times per week 10 mg valium, i have bad anxiety, depresion, insomnia etc, thanks
