Psychological disorders are complex and personal. There is never one answer and I find that most of the time no one can say or advise anything to a person suffering from depression or any other psychological disorder. Doctors in America are very new to this area of illness. Most of the world is new to it. The advise I have is to keep looking until one finds the key.

I know what you were going to tell him and it would have been a great idea.  That's if you want it to stop.  Tell him.  x

Please try and tell him , my brother is fully aware of how i have been these past 14 months and though lives abroad is very supportive , he and my sister in law are in contact daily with my Mum , he knows i have taken OD's , etc , so please try and tell your brother - maybe write it in a letter and give it to him , i am under the local cmht - have been since early last year , they have also been a great support but the gentleman i see has been on leave so has been hard despite having had my support worker come round and do crafts with me , please try and explain how you feel to your brother - having family who understands can be a help xx
