“Craters” and more spongelike glans than average?

Hey all,

all my life I have had these "craters" on my glans, and it has a more sponge-like texture than most people do. I have already gotten STD tests, blood tests, and a swab thing done, all of which came back normal. I'm on here trying to find out what this is, and also to know if maybe anybody else has this? Could it be genetic? A really screwy circumcision? I had some problem with my lymph nodes as a baby.

They are painless, and do not affect any feeling I have. They do not itch and do not have any redness.
