You are describing what could be lichen sclerosis symptoms, but it looks as though you could have a rash from shaving. Not sure why so many women are shaving like that. Would have absolutely given me rashes. Maybe try not shaving and see if it clears up. But that would not cause discharge, so possibly that was coincidence? I think a yeast infection can have different types of discharge. I'd see a gyn if it doesn't clear up in a week or so.

Agree with Beverly, stop shaving because bacteria is transferred across skin surfaces. I might try some neosporin or polysporin on the bumps for a few days until you can see a doc.
