'Flare-ups', attack is this an auto immune illness?

I am a 38 year old woman do not smoke, drink and a healthy weight.

I have been suffering with this mystery illness for over 10 years.

Just a bit of background i have severe endometriosis (this doesn't seem to have any bearing on the below). I also was in hospital for 7 days last year with a raging bowel infection. Firstly assumed to be diverticulitis - not too sure if this was really confirmed. Had a colonoscopy and all seemed fine. The endo has ruined my bowel and bladder.

These are my symptoms they have no bearing on my monthly cycle/period etc

It’s like an attack on my body and lasts for 3-5 days

  • All of a sudden, I feel like I am coming down with the flu
  • Low grade fever and chills
  • Sinuses flare up causing headache/migraine for days
  • sneezing
  • Stomach pain, very tender, bloated and severe diarrhoea. Sorry for the over share but i can be fine, eat something and then I am extremely unwell and my body doesn't want anything in it
  • Sweaty
  • Very thirsty to the point i can't quench my thirst for days
  • Tender chest/rib cage and slight tight chest
  • Joint aches
  • Extreme exhaustion (normally I am super active) to the point I cannot get out of bed and can sleep for 14 plus hours I have never ever experienced anything like it, i can't concentrate i just need sleep
  • Nausea
  • Brain fog so I can’t work, drive the car hold a conversation
  • I also have a severe rash on my cheek and face that comes and goes
  • Occasional mouth ulcers
  • Have suffered from angular cellulitis which needed med to clear up
  • Food seems to have no bearing on when i get an attack (but i could be wrong).

I am at a loss and need to go back to my GP but if anyone can help with suggestions of what i may be suffering from I'd really appreciate it

thanks
